1. Who we are and what the service is

Kainuni is operated by AkMo Technologies. It is a platform: customers place orders for home services, groceries, food, healthcare appointments, transport, rides and stays, and a franchise appointed for the pincode fulfils them, directly or through its verified partners and listed merchants.

The franchise, merchant or partner who serves you is an independent business. The contract for the service or goods is between you and them. Kainuni provides the ordering, tracking, payment of the confirmation fee, support and dispute handling around it.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email one-time code. Keep your email secure; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or older, and the details you give (name, address, patient details for healthcare) must be true.

We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse of staff or partners, repeated no-shows, or anything unlawful.

3. Prices, the confirmation fee and what you pay

Kainuni charges flat fees only, never a percentage of the service value. When you place an order you pay a small confirmation fee online. It confirms the booking and is shown before you pay, inclusive of GST.

Everything else (the service charge, the goods, the fare, the room) you pay directly to the provider at the price shown or quoted in the app. Franchises set prices inside published price bands. For jobs that need an inspection, the provider sends a quote in the app and work starts only after you accept it.

When the job is done you share the handover code shown on the order. Share it only when you are satisfied the work or delivery is complete.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel from the order screen. The confirmation fee is not refunded automatically: you raise a refund request on the cancelled order and our team reviews it, usually after speaking to you. The Refund policy explains when it is approved.

If nobody accepts your order in time it expires, and the fee is refundable on request.

5. Partners, merchants and franchises

Partners can go online only after the franchise has verified their identity documents and a live photo. Merchants are responsible for what they list: prices, availability, licences (food, pharmacy, clinical registration, transport permits) and the quality of what they deliver.

Franchises pay a flat monthly platform fee and a refundable deposit under their agreement. Merchants pay a flat charge per completed order to their franchise. Partners are paid per job by their franchise under its published pay rules. Statements, due dates, suspension for unpaid fees, renewal and termination work as shown in the console and the agreement.

6. Conduct

Treat the people who serve you, and the people you serve, with respect. Do not ask a partner to work off the app, to carry anything unlawful, or to do anything unsafe. Do not post reviews that are false or abusive. Rides are offered only in states where the required aggregator licence is held.

7. Healthcare

Kainuni books appointments; it does not give medical advice. In an emergency call your local emergency number. Clinical decisions are the practitioner's.

8. Liability

The provider is responsible for the service or goods. Kainuni is responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the fees you paid to Kainuni for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Complaints and grievance officer

Raise a ticket from Help in the app; it reaches the franchise and the platform. If it is not resolved, write to the grievance officer at ashok@akmofilings.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

10. Changes and governing law

When these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Indian law applies, and the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
